Simba Ranch takes the best care of dogs possible and provides a total experience that dogs can’t get anywhere else - physically, mentally and spiritually. And the experience is provided by our well-educated and well-trained staff. Each person is hand-picked for their love of dogs and desire to learn about themselves and others through their work with these pups.
Physical environment - 2 1/2 acres of mountain property that is a natural environment for canines
Physical stimulation - two 30-45 minute leashed walks off property and through the forest or meadow daily; 10-12 hours of playtime with other well-socialized puppies. Our community is small and the pups make friends that they see over and over again.
Mental stimulation - Tenderfoot Training drills (seratonin is released when dogs perform jobs); We have various boundaries (ie humans walk through doors first) along with love and attention to create a loving environment where dogs practice patience, sharing, peace, playfulness, focus, listening and communication skills.
Spiritual environment - our mountain property is a sacred space and the humans here strive to be their best selves. The dogs help show us any imbalances that we may have and we take the opportunity to learn and grow individually and as a community.
Daycare (8 AM-6 PM):
$25 per day per adult dog
$30 per day for puppies (1-year-old and younger)
Sleepover Camp:
$40 per day per adult dog
$45 per day for puppies (1-year-old and younger)
50% due at drop-off for stays over 10 days.
Sleeping Upgrade: $10 per night per dog
Dogs who need added security and attention overnight have the opportunity to sleep in the main house with Simba Ranch’s owners - a family of five, three dogs and a cat.
Medication Fee: $5 per day
Small fee for more than two pills given two times a day
Shuttle Services:
Based on mileage.
Please call for our fees and schedule well in advance to make sure someone is available to provide shuttle service.

Please note that before a confirmed reservation can be made, we require an Initial Meeting and short Initial Visit to make sure that Simba Ranch is a good fit for your dogs and ours (See the Initial Meeting / Initial Visit page for more info). Our facility is set up for mid-to-large size, friendly dogs who like playing with others in an active, social environment.
